About the event
Join us this Saturday and Sunday as we welcome Fr. Louis Anin, a missionary priest from the Archdiocese of Kumasi, Ghana, to celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Fr. Louis, a native of Ghana—a vibrant West African nation where 15% of the population is Catholic—has been ordained for over 20 years and is has pursued a master’s degree in Applied Spirituality and Pastoral Care at Xavier University. His studies focus on counseling and healing those who have been spiritually wounded. Joining our community this coming weekend, Fr. Louis brings his rich faith and experience to our parish.
While his visa limits him to academic pursuits, Fr. Louis is permitted to concelebrate Mass, occasionally serve as a substitute priest, or assist with Confessions.
